Times of Revival - Special Event

9 March 2019

Event Type: Quiet Day | 10am - 4pm

Theme/Focus: Revival/Prayer/Worship

Increasingly, society today is rejecting God’s truth. As a nation, we need to turn back to Him. The most recent event of this kind at Nicholaston House looked at how Wales turned back to God in the 1904 Welsh Revival and saw a hundred thousand come to Christ. This event will look at Revivals (in different places) other than that of 1904 and see what can be learned for today from God’s work at those times. The day will include worship, a presentation on ‘Times of Revival’ and prayer in groups to seek God’s Presence in the power of the Holy Spirit. Prayer times - both guided and open - will also include praying for personal, local and national Revival.

Tea and coffee will be available on a donations basis and guests are invited to bring a packed lunch.

A warm invitation to all with a heart for Revival!

GOD'S House: The Story of Nicholaston House, by Derrick Hancock. The incredible story of a retreat house in one of Wales’ most spectacular beauty spots has been published.

‘God’s House’ is a detailed account of how Nicholaston House came into existence by the man who had the vision and was given instruction direct from God.

In 1990 God unmistakably led Sue and Derrick Hancock to Swansea to see a vision fulfilled which God had given them some years previously. The booklet (A5, 53 pages, colour) gives a brief factual account of what God did and is doing. It has been written for two reasons - to give glory to God and to show what very ordinary people can do when they step out in faith with God. 'All that we have accomplished, You have done for us' - Isaiah 26 v 12.
