'Kingdom Healing’ Prayer School with Revd Mike Endicott

29 April - 3 May 2019

...learning to pray the Kingdom way

Event Type: Course/Week

Theme/Focus: Bible Study/Teaching/Training

Check In: 4 p.m. Monday

Check Out: 10 a.m. Friday

During this week, Revd Mike Endicott will examine the call to return to the God-glorifying, abuse-free, comfortable, easy and worshipful way that Christ taught His disciples and the early church to proclaim the Kingdom and heal the sick.

Revd Mike Endicott takes a fresh look at healing as an important aspect of the life of the kingdom of God. Jesus' ministry shows that kingdom healing is freely available from God, whose will is always to heal meant for everyone, not just a few not dependent on 'techniques' and methods. We need, says Mike, to rediscover the heart of kingdom living: the telling of the good news; an atmosphere of faith; practical obedience to God's word; praise and worship; the Lordship of Jesus, in whom the love and the will of the Father are revealed, and the activity of the Holy Spirit. In the life of the kingdom, healing is found.

Mike Endicott lives in South Wales, UK where, together with others, he founded The Order of Jacob's Well, as a national and international group of prayerful communities teaching and proclaiming the healing message of Christ's cross and kingdom. He spends his life in prayer and the encouragement of others through writing, ministry and teaching around the world.

‘Prophetic Art Retreat’ with Bhari Long

'Your Kingdom Come'

17 - 23 August 2019

Event Type: Retreat/Course

Theme/Focus: Prophetic Art

Check In: 4 p.m. Saturday

Check Out: 10 p.m. Friday

God loves to speak truth into our lives through images. Jesus Christ Himself used pictorial imagery as He taught. Draw close to Him and learn to trust Him to give you visual messages, both for yourself and others. Experience God speaking to you personally to bless and encourage you, and those he gives you a ‘word picture’ for. Learn to trust that he is speaking to you… for He has promised that if we ask for the Holy Spirit, He will give Him to us and lead us into all truth (Luke 11:13, John 16:13).

Be inspired by nature and the coast in this area of outstanding natural beauty. Be filled afresh and led by the Holy Spirit, as you experiment and explore prophetic art. Learn how to pray and worship God creatively; how to interpret it and use prophetic art both inside and outside the Church, and encounter God creatively.

This Prophetic Art Course and Retreat led by Bhari Long, author of “Artists and Artisans Awake!” is a ‘hands on’ opportunity to get in touch with the creative gift you were born with and be inspired to paint! Encounter God through the prophetic art exhibition of Bhari and her husband, James, pioneers of prophetic art across the UK and overseas. Suitable for all skill levels and anyone creatively inclined, with exciting new options for those who've been before. If you are here for a Retreat, feel free to dip in and out of the sessions.

Materials:

You will need to bring your pencil, pen, notebook, Holy Bible, colouring pencils, set of fibre-tipped colours, A4/A3 sketch pad, paintbrushes and acrylic paints, A3 cartridge pad of paper and 3 x canvases (16” x 20” or similar). GOD'S House: The Story of Nicholaston House, by Derrick Hancock. The incredible story of a retreat house in one of Wales’ most spectacular beauty spots has been published.

‘God’s House’ is a detailed account of how Nicholaston House came into existence by the man who had the vision and was given instruction direct from God.

In 1990 God unmistakably led Sue and Derrick Hancock to Swansea to see a vision fulfilled which God had given them some years previously. The booklet (A5, 53 pages, colour) gives a brief factual account of what God did and is doing. It has been written for two reasons - to give glory to God and to show what very ordinary people can do when they step out in faith with God. 'All that we have accomplished, You have done for us' - Isaiah 26 v 12.
